90 minute walkthrough session

We’ll screen share while you walk me through your client process - from inquiry to offboarding.

You’ll talk through how things are currently running. I’ll take notes and help spot the patterns - what’s holding up the flow, where things rely too heavily on you, and what’s taking more effort than it probably needs to.

Together, we’ll look at what could be simplified, delegated, or supported with systems that actually fit how you work.

A personalized summary of what we covered - plus a few doable ways to make things easier!

After our session, you’ll get a written recap that outlines what we walked through, what stood out, and what you might want to shift. It’s designed to be useful - if you’re making changes yourself right now or passing this off to someone else down the line.
