Jesss McKnight
Jess is a California transplant living in a small southern Indiana town with her two pups and supportive husband. Seven years ago, she felt led to move across the country to help a startup business establish their workplace culture, processes and systems. Five years ago she started her own creative home decor business, then added to that with teaching and supporting other makers!
After 10+ years of supporting businesses with their backend processes, while directly improving and impacting their customer service and team retention, she decided to take her organization and relational skills, coupled with her passion for creatives and become a Creative Business VA and Team Success Expert.

When Jess isn’t working, she can be found crafting in her home workshop, enjoying a glass of sweet tea on the porch, planning where to go out for dessert (who needs dinner?!), or snuggled with her pups on the couch.
