A little about me…
I didn’t plan on becoming a “systems person,” but here we are.
Turns out I’ve always naturally been the one who sees how all the moving pieces fit together… and how to make them run smoother.
I’ve worked in public safety, government contracting, business operations, and the creative world… and the common thread has always been the same: people trying to keep things moving with tools and processes that were outdated and/or not designed for them.
Along the way, I learned something important - it’s not your creativity that overwhelms you… it’s trying to run a business without systems that actually support you.
